This monthly rental apartment in Granollers street, offers a spacious and bright distribution, with comfortable spaces for day to day. The living room is spacious and connects to a nice covered terrace with folding grille, which makes it very bright and equipped with table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or relax at the end of the day.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with new appliances such as oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. On one side, there is a laundry area with washing machine, ideal for a practical and organized stay.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both with spacious closets and good natural light, and an extra single bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and a functional design.
Located in the residential neighborhood of Horta-Guinardó, the environment combines tranquility and local life. Within walking distance you can find local stores, bakeries, supermarkets and cafes. In addition, you can enjoy green areas such as the Parc del Guinardó, just a few minutes away, ideal for walking or playing sports.
The connection with public transport is very good, with the Horta metro station (L5) about 6 minutes walking, and several bus lines that communicate quickly with the city center. A comfortable and well-connected option for temporary stays in Barcelona.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
