Located within a pleasant community, we find this modern and very cozy house of 42m2, where you can enjoy the social life provided by each of the corners and common spaces, without leaving aside your privacy.
Upon entering you are greeted by the living room with integrated kitchen, where the exposed brick and wooden beams, fill the room with warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Each has a closet and share a full bathroom with shower.
In addition, on the deck you will find the terrace area, where each cottage has its private space to enjoy evenings of snacking or just a day of disconnection. The community also has a common laundry area with dryer and washing machine.
The apartment has a laundry area, and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
