Fabulous apartment of 64m2 fully equipped, located in the upper area of Barcelona and with excellent communication to the center.
The day area has a bright living room, has access to a cozy terrace where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a snack at sunset. The kitchen is independent and modern, has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival, such as induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms, each with closet. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. Finally a third room equipped as a spacious studio, is the ideal space to study or work at home.
The apartment has laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
El Guinardó belongs to the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, located in the upper part of the city. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.
Surrounded by green areas such as the impressive Park Guell, where you can appreciate architectural elements designed by the most famous Catalan architect, Antonio Gaudí; and the Guinardó Park, which is one of the largest in Barcelona. In both parks you will find viewpoints that offer wonderful views of the city. In addition, the historic Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau is also located near the apartment.
The nearest station is "Alfons X" (L4), 4 minutes walking distance.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
