The living room has access to a nice interior furnished terrace overlooking a beautiful communal square.
The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker and ceramic/gas hob.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one single. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with shower. In addition, the apartment has a practical studio, ideal for working or studying.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
