Upon entering you will find the living room with an integrated kitchen, which is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The night area consists of a double room and a complete bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has a spectacular private terrace where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city.
The flat has air conditioning and heating. Wifi is included in the rental price.
Its location is excellent, a few blocks from the metro Fontana.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
