This 50m2 apartment located in the upper area of the Gracia neighborhood, has everything you need during your temporary stay in the city.
The living room is very cozy, has 2 comfortable armchairs, where you can relax, and a small circular dining room. The kitchen is independent and modern, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
The sleeping area has 2 stylishly decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a spacious built-in closet. The second bedroom has a single bed, chest of drawers and closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning and high speed wifi.

Located in the Gracia neighborhood. Walking through its narrow streets you will be captivated by each of its corners, full of personality. It has a lot of life and a very youthful atmosphere, so you will find all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, as well as metro and bus stops.
Around the apartment, we find some green spaces such as the Parc de les Aigües, the famous Parc Guell and Parc Guinardó. At 9 minutes away we find the beautiful Paseo Sant Joan, where you can enjoy walks and outdoor activities; in addition to the exquisite gastronomic offer that is offered along the entire road.
The nearest stations are 6 minutes away from the apartment: Joanic (L4) and Alfons X (L4).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
