This apartment has 80m2 that are perfectly distributed, and also has a privileged location in the city of Barcelona.
The day area consists of a comfortable living room with access to the balcony overlooking Carrer Gran de Gracia. The dining room is located in another area of the apartment, next to the kitchen, and with access to the large terrace. The kitchen is independent, fully equipped with crockery, utensils and appliances, ready to cook from your arrival.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is double, exterior and with access to the balcony, has a chest of drawers and closet to store everything you need. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack. The third bedroom is also double and has a chest of drawers. The 3 bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms with shower.

Located in the heart of the village of Gracia, a residential area par excellence. Walking through its narrow streets you will be captivated by each of its corners, full of personality. It has a lot of life and a very youthful atmosphere, so you will find all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars in the surroundings.
Diagonal Avenue is located 8 minutes away, where you will find a wide range of shops as well as several bus stops. The nearest station is a 3-minute walk away, "Fontana" (L3). Gracia station, which has metro and train lines, is 4 minutes away.

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
