It is an exterior apartment, spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to move in.
Its 85 square meters offer future tenants a perfect layout. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living-dining room decorated with modern and colorful details. The natural light and large windows invite you to linger for hours, sharing a coffee, a meal, or simply enjoying the space. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, etc.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one double and two singles. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a double bed, and access to a lovely terrace. The two single bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
