This practical apartment of 46m2 perfectly distributed has everything you need for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
The day area consists of a comfortable living room with access to a balcony overlooking Monistrol street. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need from your arrival, such as gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc..
The night area consists of 1 double bedroom with closet. This room also has access to the balcony with an outside view. In addition a second room that functions as a dressing room so you can store everything you need. The apartment has a complete bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with fiber optics.

The villa de Gracia is one of the neighborhoods with more personality in Barcelona, as you walk through its narrow streets you are captivated by each of its corners. It has a lot of life, so you will find all kinds of stores, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and bars in the surroundings.
The apartment is located in Monistrol street. A 6-minute walk from the nearest station, "Verdaguer" (L4/L5), just steps from Diagonal Avenue; and 4 minutes away is the beautiful and central Paseo Sant Joan, a green space for walking, sports or enjoy its gastronomic offer.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
