The flat has an independent kitchen, fully equipped, with all the appliances and utensils for your day to day life.
The sleeping area has two comfortable double bedrooms with wardrobes and a complete bathroom with shower.
The property has electric heating and air conditioning in the living room. It also has wifi included in the rental price.
In an excellent location, the flat has several services and shops around it, such as bank branches, supermarkets, less than 10 minutes walking. Close to different attractions such as the CosmoCaixa Science Museum or the Turó del Putxet Park with beautiful views of the city, as well as various restaurants and bars.
It also has great connectivity with the rest of the city, having only 6 minutes walking distance to Vallarca metro station (L3) as well as several bus lines.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
