It is a comfortable apartment of about 50m2 very well distributed. It is located in the upper area of Barcelona, a residential neighborhood par excellence.
Upon entering you will find a nice living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating by split cold or heat.

The apartment is located in a residential area par excellence in the heart of the Putxet neighborhood, in the district of Sarriá Sant Gervasi. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, restaurants, schools and hospitals. In addition, the apartment is located just a few steps from the beautiful gardens of Turó del Putxet, ideal for walks with the family or to practice sports.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
