This beautiful duplex is perfect for students or people planning a maximum stay of 11 months in Barcelona. Upon entering you will find a bright living room with access to a large and charming terrace, ideal to unwind after a long day of work or studies.
The kitchen is integrated and has all the utensils and high-end appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds. On the second floor you will find a bedroom with double bed and exit to the terrace and on the second floor the second bedroom en suite. The apartment has two complete bathrooms with shower.
The finishes of the apartment are of high quality and brand new. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. In addition, the apartment has a storage room included in the rental price.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
