Fully furnished and located in the heart of one of Barcelona's most distinctive neighborhoods, this functional 50m2 apartment features an office or study upon entry, a bathroom, and a living-dining room with a separate kitchen equipped with everything needed for daily life. It also includes two bedrooms and a laundry area.
The living area includes a space that can be used as a study or office, and it also has a wardrobe. The living-dining room has a sofa where you can watch your favorite movies or relax before lunchtime.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one of them a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe.
The apartment has a full bathroom with shower, laundry area and wifi.

The neighborhood stretches from Avinguda Diagonal and Via Augusta to the beautiful Putget mountain, home to the famous Park Güell.
The apartment is located just a 3-minute walk from the Fontana metro station and 6 minutes from the Gracia railway station.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
