This monthly rental apartment combines comfort and functionality in a quiet location in the north of the Gràcia neighborhood. The living-dining room, with abundant natural light, has sofas, chairs, and a television, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxing or sharing moments. Nearby is the dining area, with a table for four, ideal for enjoying meals by the window.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and utensils is accessible from both the dining room and the sleeping area. In the hallway, an additional space with a table and chair allows for comfortable working or studying.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: a bright exterior double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and two single bedrooms, also with built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a shower. In addition, the apartment has a separate laundry area and a loft for additional storage.
The apartment is equipped with heating and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
Located near Ronda del Guinardó, it offers excellent road connections to the rest of the city and the metropolitan area. Alfons X station (L4) is just a 7-minute walk away. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, bars, and restaurants in the surrounding area. Just a few minutes away are Parc de les Aigües and Parc Güell, wonderful green areas ideal for walking or unwinding.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
