This apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of Gràcia and offers a spacious living-dining room filled with natural light thanks to its large windows. Furnished with a sofa, television, and dining table, it is a comfortable space for both relaxing and working. The kitchen is separate, with plenty of work and storage space, ideal for those who enjoy cooking in comfort.
The sleeping area has a very spacious suite, organized into two areas with double beds separated by a large wardrobe. One of the spaces is set up as a study area, with a desk and chair, perfect for teleworking. The bedroom has built-in wardrobes and the en-suite bathroom has a bathtub.
This apartment has parking available upon request, as well as air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Located in the upper part of Gràcia, the apartment is only a 6-minute walk from the Vallcarca metro station (L3), allowing quick access to the city center. Nearby are green spaces such as Parc de la Creueta del Coll and Parc del Turó del Putxet, a natural viewpoint with trails, picnic areas, and panoramic views of Barcelona, perfect for walking, exercising, or disconnecting in nature without leaving the city.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
