The living area comprises a bright and airy living-dining room with access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the street, furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying the fresh air. Nearby is the separate, fully equipped and bright kitchen, with all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare your favorite recipes from the moment you arrive.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom, fully equipped with a comfortable toilet and shower area. There is also an additional bedroom with wardrobes. A study with a table and chair completes the property. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment features air conditioning, heating, hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an optional parking space.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
