The kitchen is integrated into the space and has a bar to give more kitchen space. It is equipped with all the necessary items and appliances to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: one double and one single, sharing 1 full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The location is perfect, in the Villa de Gracia, which is one of the neighborhoods with more personality in Barcelona. Gracia. Just 1 minute away is the main square of the neighborhood where people gather in the bars, restaurants and stores around the famous Clock Tower of the nineteenth century. It is also located near important tourist attractions such as the impressive works of the architect Gaudí, Casa Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
The nearest station “Diagonal” (L3/L5) is a 7 minute walk away.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
