The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from the day of arrival, from utensils and crockery, to appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: one double and one single. Both have closet and share a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located on Diputació street, 3 minutes walk from Plaza Universidad (L1/L2) and 12 minutes from the most important square of the city: Plaza Catalunya, where you will find a wide range of stores and several metro, train and bus stops.

TERMS:

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
