Upon entering we are greeted by the elegant and bright living room, all the details that decorate it have been designed to make your stay not only pleasant but also very stylish. The kitchen is very sober and modern, is semi-integrated and has all the appliances, utensils and utensils you need for day to day.
The sleeping area consists of 2 comfortable and spacious double bedrooms. One of them is a suite, and has access to a nice and cozy balcony that you will fully enjoy in the sunny days of Barcelona. All rooms have closet so you can store everything you need. In total, the apartment has 2 bathrooms, both are complete, with shower.

The area could not be better, located in the heart of Fort Pienc, this apartment is totally central and in the surroundings enjoys all kinds of stores, a good gastronomic offer and tourist attractions such as the impressive Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, Paseo Sant Joan, Parc de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomf, Plaza Tetúan, among others.
The nearest station is Monumental (L2), a 5-minute walk away. In addition, the Nord station is 10 minutes away, from where you can have national and international connections.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
