The living room is a comfortable space, which has a cozy and small studio fully bathed in natural light. This is the perfect place for work or academic activities, as appropriate, also has access to the balcony.
The kitchen is semi-integrated, and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home.
The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms, each with closet. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub.

In addition the apartment is located at the intersection of Carrer de Casanova and Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, therefore it enjoys several bus stops and the area is fully stocked with local commerce, restaurants, bars, etc.
Plaza Universitat is an important square that connects with the heart of Barcelona, Plaza Catalunya, through its streets surrounded by avant-garde stores.
The nearest stations are "Urgell" (L1), a 2 minute walk away, and "Universitat" (L1/L2), 5 minutes away.

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
