The large window allows access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer de Sardenya, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.
The kitchen is a spacious and independent space, it is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms, which share a full bathroom with bathtub. The first bedroom has a double bed, built-in closet, television, and exit to the balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed, built-in closet and a small desk to study or work at home.

The apartment is located on Carrer de Sardenya, and is part of the Sagrada Familia neighborhood, within the district of l'Eixample. This area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. It has all kinds of essential services around it such as: supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants with terraces, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
Located a few meters from the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. The charming Paseo Sant Joan, 8 minutes from the apartment, is perfect for walking or sports, you will also find a great gastronomic offer.
The nearest station is located 3 minutes from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia (L2/L5). In addition, Diagonal Avenue, located at the same distance, has a number of bus stops.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
