This 68m2 apartment is perfectly located and ready to move in.
The living room is spacious and bright, in the comfortable sofa you can enjoy your favorite programs and the fresh air that enters through the balcony overlooking Carrer de Napols.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook at home, such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and the infallible duo to have the best breakfast in the morning: toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a closet and a cozy terrace; the second bedroom also has a closet and desk for work or academic activities, as you prefer. The bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.
The apartment has a safe and is equipped with gas heating, air conditioning and high speed wifi.

The location couldn't be better. In Naples street, in the central and quiet neighborhood of Gracia; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The apartment is located a few steps from the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudi. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, Gaudí Avenue breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a series of avant-garde bars and cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of this tremendous work.
As if that were not enough, the Paseo Sant Joan, 4 minutes from the apartment, is a beautiful road that invites you to go for walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the way you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
The nearest station is located 5 minutes from the apartment, "Joanic" (L4). Diagonal Avenue is 10 minutes away, where you will also find bus stops.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
