This penthouse has been decorated with a lot of personality, is ready to move in and live and will be the ideal choice during your temporary stay in the city.
In the living room you can relax on the comfortable and spacious sofa or go out to the cozy terrace with privileged views of Barcelona. Undoubtedly, this space will become your favorite place to enjoy a drink during the sunny days.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with all utensils and appliances such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, fans and gas heating; plus high speed wifi.
Paseo Sant Joan, 5 minutes from the apartment, is a beautiful road that invites you to go for walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the way you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
Sagrada Familia, the monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudi, is located 15 minutes away on foot, and in the surrounding area there are a number of bars and avant-garde cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of this tremendous work of art.
The nearest station is located 4 minutes from the apartment, "Verdaguer" (L4/L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
