The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and access to the balcony.The second bedroom has a single bed and a closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located in the Eixample Esquerra neighborhood, this is one of the most valued areas of Barcelona for its strategic location.
