The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed, a desk where you can study or work, and a closet. The second bedroom has a double bed, TV, closet and access to a patio where you can enjoy a meal and relax. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has 300mb fiber optic as wifi.

Paseo Sant Joan, 1 minute away from the apartment, is a beautiful road that invites you to go for walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the route you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
The nearest station is located 4 minutes from the apartment, "Verdaguer" (L4/L5).

TERMS:

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
