The living area features a practical lounge decorated with a Catalan vaulted ceiling. Adjacent to it is the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking at home, and a small dining area.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed, a desk for studying or working, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed, a television, a wardrobe, and access to a patio where you can enjoy a meal and relax. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.

Along its length, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants and cafes on the terraces that line this green walkway, which ends at the Arc de Triomf and Ciutadella Park.
The nearest station is located 4 minutes from the floor, "Verdaguer" (L4/L5).
