The location couldn't be better. In the middle of Sagrada Familia square, within the neighborhood that bears the same name and is part of the central and quiet district of Eixample; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The apartment is located in front of the Sagrada Familia square, a monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudí. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, Gaudí Avenue, which is located a few meters from the floor, breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a number of bars and cafes "trendy" where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of tremendous work.
Diagonal Avenue is 4 minutes away, and the charming Paseo Sant Joan, a 5 minute walk, where you will find a number of bus stops as well as a great gastronomic offer.
The nearest station is located 1 minute from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia (L2/L5).

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
