Upon entering, you'll find a spacious and bright living-dining room decorated with a minimalist touch, perfect for gatherings with family and friends. This space has direct access to a small terrace overlooking the interior courtyard, which you can especially enjoy during Barcelona's warm days.
The kitchen is semi-integrated and fully equipped with everything you need to cook from day one. It includes dishes, utensils, and appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, so you don't have to worry about anything.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: a suite with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a desk; a bedroom with a bunk bed and a wardrobe; and a third bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. These last two bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
Its location is perfect, in the sought-after Eixample neighborhood, as it is very central, quiet and residential.
The apartment is located on Bruc Street, a 3-minute walk from Plaza Urquinaona (L4), 7 minutes from Plaza Catalunya, the center of Barcelona, where you will find not only endless gastronomic options and shopping centers but also metro and train lines; 7 minutes away you will also find Plaza Tetuan (L2), the visited Arc de Triomf (L1) and the Ciutadella Park; and 12 minutes away is Estació Nord, which is the main bus station with national and international connections.
Being in such a central area, in the surroundings you will find absolutely all kinds of shops, supermarkets, squares, parks, bars, pharmacies and restaurants; as well as various tourist attractions.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
