This 76m2 apartment has a privileged location, has been recently refurbished and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the city.
The day area consists of a bright living room where you can relax while enjoying your favorite programs on the smart tv. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from your arrival. It also has a patio and laundry area where you have space to hang clothes,
The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms, all equipped with closet to store everything you need. The first bedroom has access to a nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a drink whenever you like. The bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with shower. In each of the rooms you will find sheets and towels.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The location could not be better. In Provença street, in the central and quiet neighborhood of Eixample; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The apartment is located a few steps from the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudí. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, the Gaudí Avenue, which is located next to the floor, breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a series of bars and avant-garde cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of this tremendous work.
The nearest station is located 2 minutes from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia (L2/L5). Diagonal Avenue is 8 minutes away, and the charming Paseo Sant Joan, 11 minutes walk, where you will find a number of bus stops as well as a great gastronomic offer.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
