The day area has a comfortable and bright living room with access to a nice terrace from where you can enjoy the weather of the city. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need to cook from your arrival, it also has a space as a laundry area.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 single, all with closet. A fourth bedroom is equipped so that you can use it as a work or study environment. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub.
The apartment has heating by gas radiators, air conditioning and 100 mb fiber as wifi.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the spectacular basilica of the Sagrada Familia. The neighborhood has the same name, within the district of l'Eixample. Also about 10 minutes away is the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where 2 other important buildings such as the Barcelona Design Museum and the Agbar Tower are located.
This area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. It has all kinds of essential services around it such as: supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants with terraces, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Barcelona.
At the same time, it is very well connected to reach any part of Barcelona. The nearest metro stop is "Encants" (L2), 5 minutes walking distance.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
