This apartment has been recently renovated and is ready to welcome you during your temporary stay in the city. It also has an incredible private terrace that will become your favorite space where you will enjoy the sunny days that Barcelona offers.
The day area consists of a cozy and modern living room where you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs. When you go out, you will find the protagonist of the space: the wonderful terrace, which is spacious and fully furnished so that you just take care of taking advantage of it while you have a delicious lunch outdoors or have a drink with friends.
The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you need to cook from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and the essentials to start a good morning: juicer, toaster and coffee maker. The laundry area is independent, you will find it next to the terrace and has a washer/dryer.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with closet where you can store everything you need, plus the bed is canapé type if you need some more storage space.
The bathroom is modern and complete, it has a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The location is ideal, at the crossroads of Paseo Sant Joan and Avenida Diagonal, in the sought-after Eixample neighborhood as it is very central, quiet and residential. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of stores, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions.
Paseo Sant Joan is one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona, and is perfect for outdoor activities, walking and sports, also along its entire route offers a varied and very interesting gastronomic offer. The iconic and impressive Basilica of the Sagrada Familia is located 9 minutes away. Nearby is the Parc de la Ciutadella, the emblematic Arc de Triomf, and the North Station, which is one of the 3 most important bus stations in Barcelona, and from which you can access national and international connections.
Plaza Tetuán (L2) is a 9-minute walk away; and the nearest station is 3 minutes away: "Verdaguer" (L4/L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
