This avant-garde style apartment has 60m2 perfectly distributed and which you will enjoy during your temporary stay in Barcelona.
The living area features a modern and beautifully decorated living and dining room with access to a balcony overlooking Calle Valencia. Every detail in this space, from the flooring and ceiling to the wooden doors and furnishings, has been carefully considered, ensuring everything blends seamlessly. You can relax on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite shows or enjoy a meal at the four-seat dining table.
The kitchen is immaculate, semi-integrated through an opening in the wall that connects it to the living and dining area. It's fully equipped with all the utensils, dishes, and appliances you'll need to start cooking from the day you arrive. The breakfast bar also works perfectly as a quick breakfast area. The ceiling detail gives this space a very inviting atmosphere.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom, which faces the street and has access to the balcony, features a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a trundle bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump and fiber optic internet.
The location is ideal, in the Eixample district. The area is very quiet, residential, and completely central, with excellent amenities including all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks nearby.
The apartment is located on Valencia Street, a 5-minute walk from the nearest station "Provença", which has metro and train lines ; 9 minutes from the "Paseo de Gracia" station (L3/L4); as well as the Plaza Universitat (L1/L2) and 11 minutes from the Hospital Clinic (L5).

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
