This cozy 40 m2 apartment has everything you need for your temporary stay in the city. The apartment is exterior-facing, surrounded by windows that not only make the space very bright, but also offer views of the Sagrada Familia and the sea.
Upon entering, you'll find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the utensils, cookware, and appliances you'll need from the moment you arrive. It features a bar and two high stools, opening onto a space that also includes a sofa for relaxing and a coffee table.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double room with an exterior window and a wardrobe; the second bedroom has a single bed and a small chest of drawers. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has fiber optic internet.
Located on the border of the Gràcia district. Nearby you'll find all kinds of amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants. A 10-minute walk will take you to Hospital de Sant Pau, a prime example of Catalan Modernist architecture; and the impressive Sagrada Familia Basilica is just 15 minutes away.
The nearest station is "Alfons X" (L4) 6 minutes away and "Joanic" 8 minutes away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
