The sleeping area consists of 3 spacious double rooms, each room has a desk so you can work or study with peace of mind, plus chest of drawers and closets where you can store everything you need. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony.
The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with shower.

Its location is unbeatable, in the surroundings you will find everything you need, from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies to squares and parks. We find the apartment a few steps from Paseo de San Joan, where you can go for walks or outdoor sports as well as enjoy the varied gastronomic offer along the entire promenade until you reach the Plaza Tetúan and then to the Parque de la Ciudadela.
The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the station "Girona" (L4), 5 minutes from Verdaguer (L4/L5), 9 minutes from Tetúan (L2).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
