If you are looking for a spacious apartment, decorated with an avant-garde style and very well located, you will love this option. This 140 m2 apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Barcelona the best.
The day area consists of an elegant and bright living room where the white color is the protagonist and highlights all the wooden details. The large windows allow the entry of natural light and gives us access to a comfortable gallery.
The independent kitchen is impeccable. The design of the floor combines perfectly with the blue tone of the cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for the day to day; the 5-burner stove is located on an island and is accompanied by a bar with high chairs where you can enjoy meals with family or friends.
The night area has 3 bedrooms with double beds and large closets where you can store everything you need. There is also a fourth bedroom that you can use as a study.
The bedrooms share 2 modern bathrooms, both have double sinks and one has a bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning by hot and cold pump, ducted heating and fiber as Wifi.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
