The living area comprises a bright and elegant living-dining room with large windows that open onto a terrace overlooking the courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated and has all the appliances and utensils you need to feel at home, such as an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher , etc.
The sleeping area comprises two spacious bedrooms with double beds. One of them is en suite and has access to the terrace. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes for storing all your belongings. The bathrooms are fully equipped with showers.

The apartment is located in a prime neighborhood of Barcelona, Eixample Ezquerra. It's a very quiet, residential area, surrounded by restaurants, schools, supermarkets, squares, and parks like Joan Miró Park.
Fully accessible to different metro lines, the nearest one is a 5-minute walk away, the "Rocafort" station on Gran Via de Les Corts Catalanes (L1); 7 minutes away, the Entença station (L5); and 10 minutes away, the Sants station (L3/L5), which is the main station in Barcelona from where you can access national and international destinations, as well as a direct connection to the airport.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
