This is a beautiful apartment fully furnished and equipped ready to move in. It has about 65m2 perfectly distributed.
Upon entering you will find a large hall that connects to the living room. The living room is tastefully decorated in light tones that give a sense of peace and harmony.
The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils and high-end appliances.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom with a shower. In addition, the apartment has a practical office with a desk ideal for working or studying.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and wifi.
Its central location is perfect, it is just steps from the Hospital Clinic subway (L5) and a few minutes' walk from Paseo de Gracia.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
