The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
Additionally, the apartment has a practical office ideal for working or studying. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and fiber wifi.

The property is located in Casanova street almost a corner with Diputación. It enjoys a central location because in a few minutes you will reach Plaça Catalunya or the Gran Vía de las Cortes Catalanas that connects with almost the entire city.
This area is very quiet and familiar, has all kinds of essential services nearby, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and lots of local commerce.
In addition, you will be very well connected to the rest of the city, as it is located a few steps from the metro stop Urgel (L1).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
