Upon entering you will find a spacious and bright living room with completely exterior views. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double bed, one of them en suite. In addition, the apartment has a practical office, ideal for working or studying. The bedrooms share two bathrooms with a shower.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning, and wifi.
In addition, the building has an elevator and doorman.
Its location is perfect. It is located in a quiet street, but a few steps from all kinds of metro and bus stops.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
