Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)
In this temporary rental apartment, you will feel at home. Upon arrival, you will find a bright living room decorated with taste. The living room is entirely exterior and has access to a lovely balcony ideal for enjoying the privileged climate of the city.
The kitchen is independent and renovated. It has all the utensils and high-end appliances. From the kitchen, you can have access to a second balcony.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with closets. One of them has a large dressing room. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning, and wifi.
Its location is ideal. It is located in Girona street, a residential area par excellence and very quiet. Very close to Girona metro station (L4).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
