The day area consists of a beautiful living room very bright and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave.
The night area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and wifi connection.
The location is perfect. It is surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is also very close to the Urguell metro stop and EADA Business School.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
