The day area consists of the living room that gives access to a gallery overlooking the park, dining room, independent and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms with a closet, a study with a desk, and two bathrooms with a shower.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. It has air conditioning and heating. WIFI is included in the price.
Located a few meters from the Sagrada Familia and very close to the Metro stop Monumental (L2).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
