The night area consists of two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one of them en suite and a bathroom with a shower.
The house has excellent finishes and modern design, with air conditioning, heat pump heating, and parquet floors. The Internet is also included in the price.
Surrounded by shops, restaurants, and all kinds of services, the apartment just steps away from the Urquinaona L1 metro station.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
