Magnificent apartment with 2 bedrooms, one double and one single. It has a complete bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is type office and is located in the middle of Gaudi Avenue, a few meters from the incredible basilica of the Sagrada Familia, the most famous monument in the city.
The flat is fully equipped and furnished, with all appliances and Wifi included in the price.
It is very well connected, a few steps from the metro station of Sagrada Familia, line 2 and line 5.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
