Charming Alfons is a cozy and modern long stay apartment, located in the district of Gracia, a few steps from Gaudi's famous masterpiece, the Park Güell.

The first room is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All rooms have windows and are very bright. The bathroom is common and spacious, fully equipped. The apartment offers an area of 75m2 and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room is bright and has a sofa and a TV, plus a small balcony with a great view of the street, which is an ideal place to have breakfast in summer.

The kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with all the amenities you may need, such as an oven, microwave, hot plate and more. There is a dining table for 4 people perfect to have all the meals you prepare at home. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and central heating also has a washing machine.

The apartment is very close to the Alfons X metro stop, which allows you to reach the city center and the most important attractions very quickly. This area is surrounded by many bars, cafes, and restaurants, as well as supermarkets.
