This outdoor space, furnished with a table and chairs, allows you to enjoy direct sunlight, fresh air, and views of a tree-lined street—ideal for breakfast in the sun or moments of relaxation.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
