This apartment stands out for its spaciousness, brightness, and comfortable layout. The living area features a large, naturally lit living and dining room, furnished with sofas, a television, and a well-defined dining area. From the living room, you can access a pleasant terrace of approximately 5 m2 overlooking the street, ideal for enjoying a coffee or relaxing outdoors.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and complete kitchenware. It also features a convenient breakfast bar with stools and ample workspace, as well as access to a separate laundry area.
The sleeping area is clearly separated from the living space. The master bedroom is a suite with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, a television, direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. At the other end of the apartment are the other two bedrooms: a double bedroom with two beds, a desk, and wardrobes, and a third single bedroom with built-in wardrobes.
