This temporary rental apartment in the Eixample district combines spaciousness and functionality in a central location. The living-dining room is a bright and cozy space, furnished with a sofa, TV, and a table for six people. From here, you can access a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast outdoors or enjoying a quiet dinner at the end of the day. The separate kitchen offers plenty of work and storage space, ideal for cooking in comfort, and also includes a separate laundry area to make everyday tasks easier.
The sleeping area has an elegant en-suite bedroom with access to a private balcony, a separate dressing room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom is single and equipped with a wardrobe, while the study with a desk and chair is an ideal space for teleworking or studying in a quiet environment. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout, providing practicality and comfort.
It has air conditioning, heating, reverse osmosis filtered water, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The apartment is located in the heart of Eixample Esquerra, a residential neighborhood that is very well connected and surrounded by amenities. In its streets you will find supermarkets, bakeries, specialty cafes, restaurants, and leisure areas, as well as being very close to enclaves such as Gran Vía or Plaza España, with their cultural and commercial offerings. A few minutes' walk away are also green spaces such as Parc de Joan Miró or Montjuïc, ideal for walking or playing sports, as well as the Arenas Shopping Center.
In terms of public transportation, the Rocafort metro station (L1) is only a 3-minute walk away and provides quick connections to the city center and Sants station. Likewise, the Espanya station (L1 and L3) is 7 minutes away, providing easy access to areas such as Paral·lel, the port, the Fira de Barcelona, and Sants station.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
