This temporary rental apartment is located on Diputació street, in the Eixample neighborhood, a central location that combines architectural elegance and excellent connectivity.
The day area has a comfortable living room that integrates perfectly with the open kitchen, equipped with a central island that brings practicality and style. This space is ideal for moments of relaxation as well as for sharing meals or working in a bright and well-distributed environment.
The night area is developed in duplex format. On the lower floor, you will have a multipurpose space to study, read or work. Further on you will find the master bedroom en suite offering a bathroom with shower, closets for comfortable storage and access to a private terrace of approximately 5 m2, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the outdoors at any time of the day. From the same area there is also access to a separate laundry room, which adds functionality without interfering with the rest of the space.
On the upper floor there is a second double bedroom, bright and quiet, accompanied by a bathroom with shower and a private office with table and chairs, perfect for studying or working from home with total privacy.
Located in the Eixample, this apartment is surrounded by all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. A few steps away is the central Gran Via de Les Corts, the main artery of the city. The Urgell metro station (L1) is a 3-minute walk away and several bus lines offer an excellent connection to the rest of the city.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
