This monthly rental apartment in Dreta de l'Eixample combines spaciousness, comfort and Barcelona charm. The living room is spacious, very bright and has direct access to an outdoor balcony overlooking the street. Right next to it, another interior balcony with chairs offers a quiet corner ideal for reading or relaxing outdoors. In a nearby space, there is a work area with table and chair, perfect for those who need a comfortable place to study or work remotely.
The kitchen is independent and is equipped with all the necessary appliances, from oven and microwave to dishwasher. In addition, the apartment has a practical separate laundry area, equipped with washing machine and dryer.
In the night area there are three bedrooms. Two of them are doubles and share a pleasant interior terrace with table and chair, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in a private environment. One of these rooms is a suite, with private bathroom with shower, and both have large fitted closets. The third bedroom is single, cozy and functional.
The apartment also has an additional full bathroom and a separate toilet, which facilitates coexistence during long stays. It also has heating, air conditioning and high speed wifi.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
